IndexR calculates the indexed rent of your rental property in seconds and sends you a notification on the annual indexation date, so that you always adjust the rent on time.

Calculate the new rent in just two steps:

Step 1: enter the details of your rental contract.
Step 2: press Calculate.

IndexR will always apply the correct index and calculate the new rent based on the entered details. IndexR also shows you the calculation and from when the new rent will take effect, allowing you to inform your tenant correctly.

NOTIFICATIONS

After calculating the new rent, IndexR determines when the next indexation is allowed, based on the entered contract start date. You only need to select the time of the notification, enter a message and press the plus icon.

IndexR will send you a notification at the correct date and time, letting you know that it is again time to index the rent.

Please note that notifications are set based on the data entered during the calculation of the new rent. Therefore, no notification can be set for the first indexation of new leases.
